Refund Policy
A package can only be returned if it arrived damaged, or the wrong item was shipped to you. You need to let Anzhelika Crochet know within 7 days (if you reside in the US) and 14 days (non US residents) of receiving the package. A replacement item will be shipped to you once Anzhelika Crochet receives the damaged and/or wrong item in the original package and tags.
Please note that any worn or washed items will not be accepted.
A replacement item can take up to two weeks to be ready, as it has to be handmade. In case you are in a rush, please contact Anzhelika Crochet to see what can be done.
Wholesale availability
Yes, Anzhelika Crochet offers wholesale orders with a minimum of 6 items.
Do you accept Cancellation?
We only accept cancellation within 2 hours of purchase. In extreme cases that an order has to be cancelled after our 2 hours time limit, there is a restocking fee of 20% of the price of the item will be applied.
Custom and personalized orders
We accept custom orders and we may charge extra for them. We do not offer refund. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Gift wrapping and packaging
We do offer gift wrapping for a small fee. The amount can be seen when you select the above before checkout.
Package shows as delivered but I did not receive it.
We ship packages to the address the customer provide when placing your order. In case a package shows as delivered but you can not locate it, please contact your local USPS office to try to find it. I will be unable to locate it.
The sooner you notify USPS, the better they can help you.
International Shipping
We do ship worldwide however buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
